Quiet Time notes - 2 Timothy 1:3-18

These are personal notes.  I'm putting them here while still looking for a good place to keep all of these.  :)


Thank You, Lord...
- safe travel from Quirino to Bulacan
- conversations sa text with my peyborit Kuya
- Lola feels better now
- Nakapagbantay ako kay Lola habang nasa ICU siya
- understanding parents ng kids (pupils ko) :)
- rest day again.  Di na kasi aaabot sa seminar
- plan for a movie date...  We'll be watching "Heneral Luna" later or tomorrow.  Ma and Pa wants to come, too.  :))
- nagluto ako ng kanin sa rice cooker.  First time!  HAHAHA  XD
- quiet time ulit ngayon.  Yey!  :))

- katatawanan c/o Ryan Rems and Crazy Duos at magandang movie (Break-up Playlist) habang nasa byahe

Sorry, Lord...
- irresponsibility.  Hindi na naman ako pumasok sa sobrang antok.  Plus, hindi ko po talaga alam kung saan ang seminar.  Dapat inalam ko kaagad.
- na-interrupt ng FB ang quiet time ko  tsk tsk tsk tsk...


2 Timothy 1:3-18

"...I thank him as I remember you in my prayers night and day." :3
"I remember your tears... I remember the sincere faith you have..." :4-5
"For this reason, I remind you to keep alive the gift that God gave you when I laid my hands on you." :6
"For the Spirit that God gave us does not make us timid; instead, his Spirit fills us with power, love, and self-control." :7

"Do not be ashamed , then, of witnessing for our Lord... Instead, take your part in suffering for the Good News, as God gives you strength for it." :8

"He saved and called us to be his own people not because of what we have done, but because of his own purpose and grace." :9

Paul - apostle and teacher to proclaim Good News

"and it is for this reason that I suffer these things.  But I am still full of confidence, because I know whom I have trusted..." :12

"Hold firmly to the true words I taught you, as example for you to follow, and remain in the faith and love that are ours in union with Christ Jesus."

"Through the power of the Holy Spirit, keep the good things that have been entrusted to you." :14


What to do:

3.  Do not be ashamed of witnessing for our Lord.  Take part in suffering for the Good News.
I-share pa rin si Jesus sa classroom.  'Wag isipin ang sinasabi at sasabihin pa ng iba.
